Katarina Jones

Her Story

Katarina is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the International Coaching Federation. She trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, with additional training through the Co-Active Training Institute, Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and Positive Intelligence. Before coaching, she spent a decade in Business Strategy and Operations leadership roles in London and Silicon Valley. She launched new markets, scaled teams, and built departments, including as an operations executive at Worklete, which was later acquired by StageFund. Her experience navigating executive environments gives her a clear sense of what it’s like to sit on the other side of the table.

As a coach, Katarina partners with leaders to unify, inspire, and motivate their teams. She helps them find their authentic leadership style and navigate difficult situations with greater clarity. With a knack for connecting dots and distilling complex ideas, Katarina helps clients streamline their thinking and identify actionable next steps. Her experience spans all levels of an organization, from first-time managers to CEOs, at companies ranging from early-stage startups to industry leaders like Square, LinkedIn, Reddit, Sony, and Google. She also previously taught leadership at Berkeley Haas School of Business.
