Amanda Flisher is an Executive Leadership Coach, speaker, and trusted partner to leaders navigating complexity, growth, and transition. With fifteen years of experience working across corporate, nonprofit, higher education, and government organizations, Amanda is known for helping leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and grounded self-awareness.

Amanda earned her Master’s in Organizational Management and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Amanda brings a strengths-based, human-centered approach to leadership development and focuses on executive presence, self-leadership, and building leaders who are both effective and deeply aligned with who they are.

In addition, Amanda was as an adjunct professor teaching leadership and personal development classes, currently serves as Board Chair of the Children’s Museum of Discovery in San Diego, Ca and Co-Chaired the San Diego East County Region’s Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program for two years, reflecting her commitment to leadership that serves both people and community.
