Kenzi Judge is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and brings more than 1,200 hours of coaching experience to senior and emerging leaders navigating growth, transition, and increased responsibility. Through her practice, Kenzi Judge Coaching, she works with leaders from a wide variety of industries on leadership development, career transition, strategic influence, and team effectiveness. Her approach is grounded in deep listening, clear judgment, and a steady, non-judgmental presence that helps clients translate insight into practical action.

Kenzi’s coaching career spans corporate and public-sector environments alike. She holds 500+ hours of coaching experience using the CliftonStrengths assessment and has led employee engagement studies, 360 feedback reviews, and team trainings designed to build more collaborative, growth-oriented cultures. For example, she has delivered strengths-based coaching and workshops for the UCSD Rady School of Management, coached Executive MBA students at UCLA Anderson School of Management and ASU W.P. Carey School of Business, and previously provided one-on-one and group coaching to more than 170 leaders across San Diego County government departments, including Public Health Services, Behavioral Health Services, and Child and Family Well-Being.

Before becoming an Executive Coach, Kenzi spent 15 years in government services and defense in security, HR, and operations roles, an experience she credits with shaping her practical, results-oriented style. She holds an MBA from the UCSD Rady School of Management and completed her coach training at the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
