Roger’s resume documents more than 15,000 executive coaching hours, 40+ years of leadership and human capital experience, and experience coaching across more than 500 organizations and executives. His coaching practice focuses particularly on C-suite executives, senior leaders, and board members navigating executive transitions, newly expanded roles, organizational change, strategic decision-making, and high-performance team development. His client experience spans the Intelligence Community, federal agencies, NIH, the Partnership for Public Service, Fortune 500 companies, corporate boards, and other complex organizations. 

Roger brings an unusually deep business and human capital leadership foundation to his coaching. He previously served as Chief Human Capital Officer for the National Reconnaissance Office and held human capital leadership responsibilities with the Central Intelligence Agency, in addition to senior consulting and executive roles across the federal and private sectors. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Certified Mentor Coach and is certified in Hogan Assessments, MBTI, and DISC. Roger also serves as a Senior Fellow with The Conference Board and a SAGE advisor with the Partnership for Public Service and maintains an active TS/SCI/FSP clearance.
