His Story

Client-centered professional with a deep commitment to improving quality and organizational development through leadership coaching at all levels. Twenty-five year history of successful clinical, educational, and administrative strategic improvements at the end-user, supervisory, administrative, and executive levels. Proven abilities in change management and implementation, use of QI tools, team facilitation and training, and use of leadership coaching practices. Conscientious and self-motivated. Works independently or as an integral team member. Retired Master Chief Hospital Corpsman, qualified in submarines (HMCM(SS)/USN), and federal employee with 12 years’ experience in a GS-15 supervisory position.

Currently serves as Program Manager for Ancilla Technologies and Systems Inc., in support of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Falls Church VA. Duties include facilitation, training and coaching of contract team in support of the U.S. Navy and the Department of Defense. He leverages over 40 years of military, government civil service, and DoD contractor team leadership experience, a broad strategic and operations management background, and advanced leadership and human resource management education.

In his previous position, served as leadership and development coach/trainer for Department of Labor, with Transformation Systems Inc. (TSI), during the initial stages of the COVID 19 pandemic, from March 2020 through April 2021.

He provided expert-level process consultation, education, and training in the broad area of organizational development and change management to various levels of management at the NNMC, Bethesda MD. Assisted numerous organizations while assigned to the Navy Medicine Center for Organizational Development, in reviewing their organizational performance, identifying organizational goals and quality improvement strategies that led to desired outcomes.

Vince has a Master’s Degree in Quality Systems Management (MSQSM), is an ICF ACC certified coach, and holds a SECRET security clearance.
