Her Story

Dr. Rhonda Ellis is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with more than a decade of experience coaching individuals across organizational levels—from frontline employees and emerging leaders to senior executives. As founder of INTOUCH Coaching, LLC, she partners with individuals and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance wellbeing, and create sustainable behavior change. Her coaching approach integrates evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, and a whole-person perspective that recognizes the connection between how people lead, work, and live.

Rhonda brings a unique combination of executive and workplace coaching, organizational leadership, healthcare management, and higher education experience to her work. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus in management, healthcare management, and organizational leadership and has coached leaders and teams across for-profit, nonprofit, healthcare, education, and community-based organizations. Whether coaching an executive navigating organizational complexity or an employee developing greater confidence, communication, and self-awareness, Rhonda approaches coaching with the same fundamental belief: meaningful transformation occurs when people are given the space, curiosity, and support to discover new possibilities and translate insight into intentional behavior change and sustained action.
