Her Story

Bethanie Campbell, PCC, is an executive and leadership coach with 5+ years of professional coaching experience and more than 15 years of business and leadership experience. She partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to bridge the gap between intention and impact. Her clients range from CEOs and founders to executives, directors, managers, emerging leaders, and high-potential professionals. Through coaching, Bethanie helps clients strengthen how they lead, communicate, develop others, and build greater accountability and ownership across their teams.

Prior to becoming a coach, Bethanie spent more than a decade in business development and sales leadership. Her background includes launching a sales division, training and managing sales teams, and working across national and international territories as a top revenue producer. Those experiences continue to shape her practical approach to coaching today. Her current work spans leaders and teams across healthcare, management consulting, finance, accounting/CPA, professional services, higher education, retail, and technology.

Bethanie is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She completed Accomplishment Coaching’s Accredited Leadership and Coach Training Program and later served as a trainer for incoming program participants. She holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. Her coaching is practical, collaborative, and grounded in accountability, helping clients see challenges differently, strengthen how they lead, and turn insight into meaningful action.
