His Story

L’Lorenzo Seabrook, MBA, PCC, CTPC, is an executive and leadership coach with 13 years of coaching experience and more than 3,000 coaching hours supporting senior leaders across federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and international nonprofits. His coaching expertise is grounded in a 30-year U.S. Army career, including 18 years in Special Operations, giving him firsthand leadership experience in complex, high-stakes environments where trust, adaptability, and sound decision-making are essential. L’Lorenzo works extensively with executives, vice presidents, directors, and senior managers who are assuming greater responsibility, navigating organizational change, strengthening leadership presence, or making consequential decisions affecting their teams and organizations. 

L’Lorenzo uses an integrative, human-centered coaching approach that combines practical leadership experience, ontological coaching, polarity thinking, and a strong emphasis on sustainable behavioral change. His work helps leaders strengthen resilience and adaptability, navigate ambiguity, build trust and alignment, and increase their capacity to lead effectively through change. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Team Performance Coach, and currently serves as President of the ICF Washington DC Metro Chapter, President of True Compass LLC, and a Coaching Fellow with George Mason University.
