Chris Schiavone

With more than 20 years of experience in management consulting and executive coaching, Chris has built and scaled coaching practices and led complex, multi-year initiatives, including a multi million-dollar initiative funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to strengthen leadership and engagement across a 5,000-person federal agency. She has coached C-suite executives and senior leaders across healthcare, technology, hospitality, professional services, financial services, and government. Her government coaching experience includes senior leaders across the Departments of Health and Human Services, Defense, Education, Labor, Commerce, and Transportation, as well as state and local government. She has also coached leaders at organizations including Marriott, Comcast, T-Mobile, Hewlett Packard, and BNY Mellon.
