Her Story
Susan Sjolund is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and executive leadership coach with more than six years of coaching experience and 20+ years of business and leadership experience across global organizations, high-growth companies, and complex, matrixed environments. Before becoming a full-time coach, Susan held senior marketing and communications leadership roles in healthcare, medical technology, financial technology, and professional services, including senior leadership positions at Medtronic Diabetes, Companion Medical, and FundedByMe. This combination of executive experience and professional coaching enables her to bring both the perspective of a trusted coach and the practical understanding of what it takes to lead, influence, and deliver results inside an organization.
Susan coaches executives, senior leaders, and high-potential professionals navigating growth, transition, increased responsibility, and complex leadership challenges. Her approach is grounded in deep listening, self-awareness, accountability, and practical action.
